Order was shipped to the wrong address. Tried talking to customer service to resolve the problem. They did nothing to help. Told me it was my problem and directed me to ups. Which was no help either. As if Christmas isn’t stressful enough. Jcpennys even refused to ship a new order to the correct address. Boooo jcpennys
