I ordered 4 items over a week ago shipped to store (which they now also charge for). On the same day I ordered from several stores across the country including personalized gifts mostly free shipping and have received all of the except JCPenney. The last of many explanations I received from them is that our shipping time does not include weekends. How ridiculous. Two weeks ago this was one of my favorite stores. Regretfully I will walk away from them now favoring more customer loyalty based businesses. I’m sure they won’t mind or they wouldn’t be having these issues.
