30 days before Christmas I ordered a curio cabinet as a Christmas gift. Recieved an email a few days later that I would receive a call by Dec. 7th to set up a delivery date. Heard nothing so I called on Dec. 9th they stated it shipped i should get a call any day. Again nothing. Called a week later again nothing and refused to check where it may be, I asked to cancel and reorder so that I may possibly get it for Christmas but they refused. I inquired a week later still couldn't find it. Finally on Christmas Eve i recieved an email stating my order was lost and that they would credit my card. Very Dissapointed that they were not willing to resolve this in a timely manner!!!
