Buyers BEWARE!!!! JCPenney raises their prices to actually be higher during the biggest sales. for example: when an item is 30% off the total is$600 and when the EXACT same item is 70% off the price is over $900. I called corporate offices to ask why and was told “it’s standard retail practice.”
So seems to me they are happy to rip off their customers and consider that “Standard”
