The order #459725799 was placed on 20th November. Your retarded order bot "Becky" says it will "be delivered before Thu 26th Nov 2020".
Evasive responses from every method of contact - text message, Twitter and email.
If just once someone would've responded with some actual information to explain the delay it would be fine.
However every response has just been a fob off with no information, even when advised directly that i want to know what the delay is you just respond with...
"We've got your order, it's being dealt with, we can't tell you any more"
Your customer service is an absolute joke.
Give me my money back.
