4 or 5 orders in the last few months, 3 of them had issues costing me more money to repair (badges I paid extra for, falling off. As well as sponsor print too). When I contacted customer support after the 3rd error and the shambolic quality of the shirts, they offered me a fraction of the cost as a refund. Worked out less than the cost of both sets of badges that were ruined, before counting the sponsor print however much that costs. After about 10+ back and forth messages, one time where 2 of the customer service agents were having the same conversation with me because of how their system works. Still no resolution and stuck with their products because If I send it back I can't get a replacement due to no stock because of the late arrival by 3-5 days depending on the order... Feel like I'm talking to a brick wall, after spending the guts of £200+ over 5 different orders and they have absolutely no intention of providing a service worth it. I'll not be back at JD sports, I've found shops with them cheaper and more detail, no brainer.
