I ordered 4 different types of runners for my children going back to school on 3 different occasions in the slack of two weeks. There in stock on line. Money goes out of my account. Then l get an email to say order been dispatched then a txt to say they can’t fulfil order & money is then credited back onto account. But why is the size showing up as in stock then nearly two weeks later they don’t have it. There on line shopping needs to be updated because I’ll never order on line off them again.
