MILTON KEYNES - If I could give 0* then I would!
I ordered a pair of Air Force 1's for same day collection... I recieved an email and text stating my order was ready. I queued for almost 30 minutes and was told to wait. while waiting no one checked in on me, and I waited just over 30 minutes for them to tell me that my oder was not in store, but to wait and they will continue to look. I waited a little longer, but I was told again that they did not have the order - despite confirmation texts - and was told to come back tomorrow. At this point I was becoming irate as I missed my sisters birthday meal.
The next day I visited the store, again, to wait around 30 minutes. I was told that they do not have my order and that I should call customer services as they can no longer help me. I called customer services but was put on hold for for just over 15 minutes before getting cut-off twice. TWICE! When I finally managed to get through the man was shocked that this had happened - He made it clear that the order was showing in-store and there was numerous shoes the same available. He tried calling the store 3 times but had no response. I was then informed that my order was cancelled and will take around a week to get back to me.
I dont think I will buy at this store again! SHOCKING!!!
