I bought a top from here. On getting it home I found it had a stain on the back, something I didn't spot when trying it on. My wife took it back to shop to find out what the options were, as I really liked the top but didn't want to wash it and find that I couldn't return it. She was made to wait for 20 minutes by the shop assistant who then returned with the shop manageress. They both told her they had reviewed the CCTV and there was no stain on the top when I bought it. On asking to see the CCTV evidence that the manageress had used to come to this decision my wife was told she couldn't see the CCTV due to data protection laws. The manageress refused to give her name and refused to discuss it further. On taking this up with JD sports customer services online and explaining what had happened, I was given the option of returning the top at my expense to the central stores to see if it was a manufacturing fault (it obviously wasn't - they hadn't read the e-mail). They have not offered anything else. Having effectively been accused of attempted fraud by an organisation who wouldn't even address the issue, I won't ever shop there again.
