I wish to complain at the highest level as this has now happend more than once, I also feel you should be reported to trading standards and investigated. I expected a reply with the following within 72 hours 1. Why have you cancelled the order? 2. Why are you selling goods online you cannot deliver upon? 3. Your CEO full contact details and email address? You are Clearly a breach of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act! (From the 1st October 2015 you would now quote Consumer Rights Act 2015.)
