They take your money and tell you they're unable to send you your goods but they'll reimburse you. They never do.
Instead, they never close your order number so the server says "it's on its way"- this AFTER they've told you they can't deliver.
This they do so that IF you notice they haven't paid the sum they charged you back, they can say "oh, whoops, it's only because it got stuck n the system".
Customer service tries to get rid of you by making it difficult to get your case heard.
