Just FYI - worst service received ever never buy from here again trust me
Dear all,
I am just writing to let you know how disappointed and frustrated I am with your services and company in the last few months, and that you lost not just one valuable customer but several as all my acquaintances and friends have been warned by me and will not be buying from you any further.
I have been purchasing from you site for years, and everything was well. But since the 30th of August I have made 5 orders with you for which only 1 was ok. For all other 4, my items have either been lost, or came in unsatisfactory condition meaning the 1 item of the pair of shoes was used, torn and its colour fainted from pink to grey. Despicable. Moreover, for my order made on the 30th of August which you lost in transit and then the items I wanted were out of stock of course as always, I have been informed several times (via email or over the phone) that my refund will show in my bank in a few days. Although its been a month and nothing, like I am that rich and have no need for the £130 or so you are holding from me; after losing my order, and it’s the end of the month on top of all and I am broke because of you, as I relied on you for receiving the refund in time as I should and made other plans.
The way I feel is indescribable, I am frustrated, and physiologically a mess because of your many messes. I though you a respectable firm but I seem now you are nothing but a scam. I had to beg you and send you several emails and made several calls to the UK for you to finally take action and do what you should and owe me, but still nothing, I am left waiting still, like I am not even an unsatisfied customer to whom you gave false pretences and promises.
Be sure that if you keep up with this attitude towards your clients you will lose every single one. I have made my research and found out that most of your clientele experiences issues with their orders and have given you the worst possible feedback, which I will also do as to prepare and warn others not to fall in your trap and have to claim what is theirs a thousand times in order to finally receive it and even then maybe not.
I would say best regards but I wouldn’t mean it. Please I do not need to hear back from you I am fed up with your lies and manipulations. I just hope you take into account my statements and do something to save your firm, otherwise your ‘’toast’’. I will be awaiting for my refund ASAP otherwise I will have to take other actions against you via by bank and lawyer.
