Ordered two training jackets off the website. JD took the money from my bank account. Had no delivery for days. Enquired to where my delivery was. 23rd December I then had the money put back into my bank account with no phone call or email of why my order wasn't sent to me. Left me angry and with a upset child because they were Xmas presents.
Have asked for details to speak to a manager on numerous occasions but have been refused. Shocking customer service.
