I opened the parcel to find the wrong item had been sent to me. I immediately contacted JD sports , was told to return the items to a store or post back to their depo in the UK (I’m living in the rep of Ireland) as it was during the covid pandemic they could not tell me what stores were open. The purpose of ordering online was to avoid shops in the first instance. I posted the incorrect item back and requested the item that I initially ordered to be sent to me. I was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience and the postage to return the incorrect item.
When they received the item they just refunded the value of it to my card. I emailed them and got no reply
