Ordered an item from JD Sports but had to return it as too small. I have sent it back with tracking which I had to pay for myself, which is fine. In their T&Cs it says refunds will be processed up to 5 days after return. If tracking says it has been delivered, there is no reason to not process a refund! The fact there are delays with scanning in the warehouse is not a customers problem.
I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now and customer service is a big joke. Automated emails and asking for a bit more time every email they send out. Ridiculous, I used to be a regular customer but I'm not buying from them again!
