customer services is a joke and jdx app is terrible In the last 11 months I have ordered over 120 items from JDSports through the jdx app at a cost of £9.99 per year for unlimited 2 day delivery, which sounded great. But about 30-40% of the orders were either cancelled due to not arriving because the order was lost or out of stock or had to be sent back due to being damaged, wrong size, wrong item, or still had the security tags on. Nearly all the items that didn't arrive I had to contact customer support to find out what was going on as JDSport just did not contact me about the orders after 10 plus days of waiting then another 3 to 5 days for a refund. After the amount of times I complained I asked them a simple question, how would I go about cancelling my JD account due to the amount of problems I had, and their reply to my question was to cancel my JDX delivery i paid for instantly without asking/confirming if that was OK with me. By far Jdsports customer services has to be the worst I have ever dealt with and the JDX app just does not work. Stick to your local JDSports shop, but if you have to shop online i would shop elsewhere. 1 star is to much for this review, but sadly you can't give 0 stars.
