I'm very pleased with my suit. It's excellent quality and a perfect fit. I chose to submit my measurements for a tailor made fit. The suit arrived on time but the jacket and trousers didn't quite fit. I informed the sales team who were very helpful and asked me to return it to be adjusted. I was later informed it couldn't be adjusted and would be remade. A few weeks later I received a brand new suit which fits perfectly. I agree with other reviews that the packaging doesn't do the product any justice whatsoever but have absolutely no complaints about how the sales team dealt with my issue and the finished product is excellent.
