Unfortunately I have not yet received the samples. I hope that you take on board the fact that you sent me an email saying they had been dispatched however when I contacted you today, this is not the case. It would have been better to manage my expectations by sending an email to say there was a delay. I am expecting to order suits for myself and groomsmen for my wedding and I need to be confident of a good product and service.
