Jens Hansen was incredible to work with. My now-husband and I have loved Lord of the Rings our entire lives, and when we were looking for our wedding rings we discovered Jens Hansen. Our wedding date fell right in the middle of the estimated delivery date range, and it had to ship internationally, so I contacted customer support to ask if anything could be done to ensure the package arrived toward the start of the range as opposed to the end; they responded very quickly and assured me it would arrive in time. It arrived 3 days before the start of the initial window, which was more than enough time for the wedding! The rings are gorgeous and fit us both perfectly.
