“Jens Hansen is by far one of the most personable companies I have ever shopped with. They actively let me know that I could email them with questions and concerns right out the gate, and when I let them know that I had an upcoming anniversary but had not found out about their work until two weeks prior, they took excellent care of me and made sure my order got to me on time - ahead of time even. The ring that they sent is very well crafted, and I love the care they put into the packaging. The hand tied bow and the wooden ring box add to the sense that they care about their work. Overall, I highly recommend their work and their service.”

“Erin and Halfdan from Jen’s Hansen Jewellers were both very patient and kind while I asked them a million and one questions about how to get the best ring I could. They were able to help me pick out the best karat and helped me when I wasn’t sure on the exact sizing. As for the ring it was flawless. It arrived in a rather fast manner considering it is custom made and from another country, throughout the whole process I got update emails about where it was in the various stages of production. This ring was something I have been wanting for many years and now I have one, and I couldn’t have asked for it to have been made by a better team.”

“I always loved the LOTR films as a child and found out a few years ago that you could actually buy the one ring. I spent time trying to re create it with local jewellers but decided that I'd probably never be satisfied unless I purchased the real thing. Well this is it, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'm so glad I went to Jen's Hansen. The ring is of excellent quality and I can't stop staring at it!!”

“I recently had a repair, stone replacement and resize on my diamond eternity ring. I could not be happier with the result. “Tolles Geschäft, ob vor Ort oder Online. Alle Fragen werden beantwortet, sehr hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Jedes Schmuckstück ist einfach schön. Die Zeit von der Bestellung bis zum Beginn der Auftragsarbeit im Workshop über den Versand war deutlich kürzer als angegeben. Lediglich die Deklaration für den Zoll war nicht detailliert genug, da musste ich noch konkretere Angaben liefern. Seit 2010 bin ich eine sehr zufriedene Kundin.”
