From a service perspective, I see room for improvement. Personally, I liked the even shorter communication with a jeweler maker better, that finetuned a piece for me and gave me some practical hints. I'd have expected the practical hints from the front servers (like how to get a piece off more easily, how to keep it clean and safe, what size the ring actually is having, and would be great to hear, if they know the source / origin of the gold, which would provide additional sustainability if gold sources are decided purposful). Also I felt being underestimated. It should be irrelevant who is coming in, the way they come in. The service could have bit more back to the roots, grounded way. Probably difficult to give here clear guidance, as it might be very individual feelings triggered. Just want to point out, go more relaxed, less stiff, more natural with customers. Regardless, I felt supported and trusted at any time.
