I am pleasantly surprised with the overall process of ordering from this company, the product and the packaging. The shipping time was really quick for getting to Canada even compared to things that are shipped within the country recently. It was packaged really safely and securely and the other documents that support the care of the ring and everything was really top-notch and above what I would’ve expected. I also think it’s really well priced for the product. The one issue that I had was navigating the website, because when I searched initially for the silver version of this ring it didn’t come up with the other one listings and I had to custom search for it. Thus, the navigation could use some improvements but other than that everything for this order has been amazing and I’m really looking forward to it being a surprise gift in the coming months.
