Jens Hansen is by far one of the most personable companies I have ever shopped with. They actively let me know that I could email them with questions and concerns right out the gate, and when I let them know that I had an upcoming anniversary but had not found out about their work until two weeks prior, they took excellent care of me and made sure my order got to me on time - ahead of time even. The ring that they sent is very well crafted, and I love the care they put into the packaging. The hand tied bow and the wooden ring box add to the sense that they care about their work. Overall, I highly recommend their work and their service.
