Ironically I’ve been asked to write a review.
I cannot honestly comment on the quality of product since I’m yet to receive it after ordering nearly three weeks ago. I can’t say that I’m impressed with customer service either. They haven’t given me any new information other than there are delays because of covid….. which is understandable but to take the money and not state that at the time of ordering is a bit unfair. More frustrating that I keep receiving marketing emails when all I’d like is the product I have ordered in time for Christmas as it’s a gift.
Having emailed the main customer service, made contact on instagram both with the website and the founder, I’d sincerely hope that the situation is rectified soon and I can leave a more positive review
