Clothes are not true to size. Did not realise there was only a 14days return period. We moved house in this time and unfortunately exceeded the time period only by a few days so we made contact and tried to do an exchange and they have refused. We are a vulnerable family financially due to health and disability and now £70 down and stuck with clothes that are far too big! Poor customer service! Won’t be ordering again! I’ve worked in retail all my life and we always put our customers 1st sadly this isn’t the case with these.

I returned an item and sent proof and postage. They’re yet to respond to multiple emails. Not been helpful whatsoever and I’m 8 weeks later and still not been refunded. No email answered. Stay well clear of this company.

Purchased RELAXED PINTUCK JOGGERS, washed them once and they shrunk. Contacted customer services and they were not interested. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. They are outright scammers. The quality of their products is horrendously poor so bad, in fact, that I immediately took the items to a clothing recycling bin. On top of that, after placing your order, you’ll be hit with outrageous import fees, which they pocket for themselves instead of properly handling taxes. Returning your items is a complete waste of time because they will never refund your money. Avoid this company at all costs and save yourself the frustration. Total frauds!

False advertisement!. The cargo trousers are too short for my 5ft 8 grandson...well above his ankles and that is with the waistband pulled right down. Model shows the trousers to sit on his shoes, model is also advertised as 6ft. When I asked for postage to send items back, I was refused as not a faulty item! Erm yes they are, they are way too short. AVOID if you are taller than 5ft 6.

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. The clothes are poor quality and the fit is terrible, the only thing worse are their customer services. Good luck getting your money back from this company, on the rare occasion you get a response from customer services you’ll be met with only excuses, or outrageous requests. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs!

Ordered my items on December the 2nd. It's now December the 19th and still no order recieved. This is despite sending repeated emails to the customer services team asking for assistance as still not recieved. Have recieved a number of emails from Abuzar, the 1st advising they would chase up the courier and get back to me with 48 hours (they didnt). When I chased it up another email from Abuzar arrived on Saturday December 14th apologising, saying they were chasing it up with the courier and offering a 30% discount on any new orders placed. I responded advising I wouldn't be placing any more orders while I was still yet to recieve the items I'd paid for and that if I had no confirmation on by end of business on Monday I wanted a full refund. On Monday evening I received another email from Abuzar in response to my refund request, totally ignoring it and reverting back to their original email advising they would chase the courier up and get back to me in 48 hours. I responded demanding a full refund, only to have recieved another email from the same name "Abuzar" with an exact reply from last Saturdays email, offering 30% discount on any new orders......you can't make it up. Going to have to go through my bank to reclaim the money, shocking company, shocking experience, on my own experience it just looks like a scam....merry Christmas eh! Avoid and don't part with a penny of your money to them!

I have previously ordered from this company without any issues, but this time was different. I placed an order with JK Attire for multiple items and paid for next-day delivery. I received an email from Evri stating that the package was damaged in transit and that I should contact JK Attire. I reached out to them, and they resolved the matter fairly quickly. When I received my items, one was missing. I tried on a few of the items I had received and decided to return the rest. Unfortunately, their customer service advisor has handled the situation very poorly. They have either not read my emails properly or simply lack the interest to respond as a customer service advisor should. Instead, they have been asking me to send pictures of the items I did receive and whether I could confirm if the package was damaged. They seem unwilling to provide a return address, clearly attempting to avoid processing the return. Fortunately, I have been able to suspend payment through Klarna. All I want to do is return the items I do not want and receive a refund for the missing item, which I assume was forgotten during packing. The moral of the story: always pay with Klarna or a credit card when dealing with companies like this, as you can cancel or dispute payments through your bank. I hope someone from the company contacts me soon so I can return the parcels. PS I am usually a fan of JKAttire clothes are on point and a great prices!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Late delivery . Then clothing massively oversized even on slim tracksuit . Forget about trying to return anything , have you jumping through hoops and never give you a returns address . Very infuriating. Will never use again , stick with a large tracksuit I don’t want

Honest Review of JK Attire I placed my first order with JK Attire on 3rd October, but unfortunately, the clothes didn’t fit. You have a two-week window to return items, which is usually fine. However, I made an honest mistake by mixing up return labels from another company I’d ordered from, and sent my JK Attire return to them by accident. The other company kindly informed me of the mistake and offered to forward the parcel to the correct address for me, so I emailed JK Attire on 16th October to request their returns address, explaining the situation. To my disappointment, I received a generic email asking me to use their returns portal, which wasn’t helpful for my situation since I just needed the address and portal doesn’t work. After a frustrating week of back-and-forth emails, JK Attire showed little willingness to assist. Their responses were unempathetic and unhelpful, with no effort made to understand the issue or resolve it. In the end, they sent a final, dismissive email stating that since the return period had passed, my return would be rejected. While I know it was my mistake for sending the parcel to the wrong place initially, the customer service from JK Attire was shockingly bad. Their lack of support and unwillingness to help made the whole experience terrible. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be advising my friends to avoid them too. Save yourself the hassle.

Unable to return items. Retailer sends same repeated email advising how to return goods, but the returns portal does not work, so they stall until 14 days passed. They said return to their address but won't give it you. Just another scam company. Policy states 14 working days which is different to 14 days. Totally unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. No other option available to communicate other than email

Be aware when trying to return items. They do not send return details when they say they will and when they do, they don't work. No contact number. Email only and they delay replying so that your return period lapses

My experience with Jk Attire has been a complete nightmare. They not only sent me the wrong order but when I tried to get it fixed, they conveniently stopped replying. I'm still waiting for a response to correct their incompetence, and until then, I'll keep sharing my negative reviews. I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a quick resolution. At first, I received a generic response promising a solution, but then complete silence. It's as if they're intentionally avoiding any responsibility for their mistake. This whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect better treatment from the brands I support. Sending the wrong order is bad enough, but conveniently delaying responses when I try to fix the problem is just unacceptable. I won't stay silent about this. I'll keep writing reviews and sharing my experience until Jk Attire takes action. They need to understand the impact their actions have on their customers and make things right. Jk Attire, it's time to step up and fix your mess. I won't stop until this is resolved.

Disgusting company. Ordered item and totally wrong item received. Sent the original item back to be told my correct item would be sent asap. 6 weeks later and no item. They are ignoring all emails chasing. Requested a refund but nothing. AVOID!!!!

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE, ordered combats over 7 days ago for next day delivery, nothing arrived, so I asked to cancel as I needed them for a trip on holiday so I had to go buy new pair. 8 days later, only reply on email is saying that it will be with you soon. Ignoring all my emails and the fact I paid next day delivery 8 days ago, they are ignoring about my refund. Avoid at all costs
