AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Late delivery . Then clothing massively oversized even on slim tracksuit . Forget about trying to return anything , have you jumping through hoops and never give you a returns address . Very infuriating. Will never use again , stick with a large tracksuit I don’t want

Honest Review of JK Attire I placed my first order with JK Attire on 3rd October, but unfortunately, the clothes didn’t fit. You have a two-week window to return items, which is usually fine. However, I made an honest mistake by mixing up return labels from another company I’d ordered from, and sent my JK Attire return to them by accident. The other company kindly informed me of the mistake and offered to forward the parcel to the correct address for me, so I emailed JK Attire on 16th October to request their returns address, explaining the situation. To my disappointment, I received a generic email asking me to use their returns portal, which wasn’t helpful for my situation since I just needed the address and portal doesn’t work. After a frustrating week of back-and-forth emails, JK Attire showed little willingness to assist. Their responses were unempathetic and unhelpful, with no effort made to understand the issue or resolve it. In the end, they sent a final, dismissive email stating that since the return period had passed, my return would be rejected. While I know it was my mistake for sending the parcel to the wrong place initially, the customer service from JK Attire was shockingly bad. Their lack of support and unwillingness to help made the whole experience terrible. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be advising my friends to avoid them too. Save yourself the hassle.

Unable to return items. Retailer sends same repeated email advising how to return goods, but the returns portal does not work, so they stall until 14 days passed. They said return to their address but won't give it you. Just another scam company. Policy states 14 working days which is different to 14 days. Totally unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. No other option available to communicate other than email

Be aware when trying to return items. They do not send return details when they say they will and when they do, they don't work. No contact number. Email only and they delay replying so that your return period lapses

My experience with Jk Attire has been a complete nightmare. They not only sent me the wrong order but when I tried to get it fixed, they conveniently stopped replying. I'm still waiting for a response to correct their incompetence, and until then, I'll keep sharing my negative reviews. I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a quick resolution. At first, I received a generic response promising a solution, but then complete silence. It's as if they're intentionally avoiding any responsibility for their mistake. This whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect better treatment from the brands I support. Sending the wrong order is bad enough, but conveniently delaying responses when I try to fix the problem is just unacceptable. I won't stay silent about this. I'll keep writing reviews and sharing my experience until Jk Attire takes action. They need to understand the impact their actions have on their customers and make things right. Jk Attire, it's time to step up and fix your mess. I won't stop until this is resolved.

Disgusting company. Ordered item and totally wrong item received. Sent the original item back to be told my correct item would be sent asap. 6 weeks later and no item. They are ignoring all emails chasing. Requested a refund but nothing. AVOID!!!!

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE, ordered combats over 7 days ago for next day delivery, nothing arrived, so I asked to cancel as I needed them for a trip on holiday so I had to go buy new pair. 8 days later, only reply on email is saying that it will be with you soon. Ignoring all my emails and the fact I paid next day delivery 8 days ago, they are ignoring about my refund. Avoid at all costs

I pre-ordered the J811 Graffiti Print Puffer back in Sept '21, along with a crop hoodie/matching biker shorts and a second puffer jacket, which I mainly added to my order to justify the overseas shipping cost per item (1 item vs. 5, @ the same base rate shipping made sense in the moment). Being a pre-order, I had assumed shipping wouldn't be immediate; however... After 7 weeks of not recieving my order or any update I reached out via Instagram to inquire when my order would be avaialble for shipping, within 24 hr I recieved a reply "It's being processed as we speak, we'll let you know when it's on its way in the next 24-48 hours, thanks so much for your patience.".... After 3 weeks with no update nor delivery, I reached out again as I had seen the jackets I had pre-ordered **11 weeks prior** were on a buy-2-get-1 promo sale. Three days later I recieved response to confirm my order number, which I provided immediately and was told they would be "sent that day, tracking codes will be sent shortly". Another week passes and no tracking code... After reaching out again (Nov 24), I was told my order was processed on Nov 25... I noticed the jacket which was the sole purpose of placing my order was not included so I reached out again to which I was told there was a delay, but not to worrry, I'd recieve it by Dec 10 (14 weeks from my *pre-order* purchase date; keep in mind the item had been advertised buy-2-get-1 clearance 11 weeks from my *pre-order*). FINALLY, after **19 WEEKS** since my pre-order date, I recieved my order **EXCLUDING the puffer jacket that was the sole purpose of ordering in the first place!!! Which was now, 19 weeks + a clearance sale later, out-of-stock**** To add to my devastation, 2/4 items shipped were the right sizing; I will say it's one one my favourite crop hoodies but even with following laundry instructions diliegently it's shrunk over time :( The designs are exactly as pictured and the quality is decent enough but years later I could never bring myself to order again unless J811 Graffiti Print Puffer is ever restocked :(

Have ordered a few tracksuits from this company and all was fine until the 3rd one arrived. After one wear a hole appeared in the trousers, and looking at the stitching you could see it was going to come more apart. I emailed them (as they have no phone number) with a photo and explained that they had come apart after one wear and could a replacement be sent. Their response was that because it had gone past the 14 days (it was just over 20 days when I contacted them) that there was nothing they could do. I explained to them that I wasn’t after a refund but a replacement and that under the consumer rights act 2015 they have a duty to repair or replace up to 6 months after. I even attached a copy of the consumer rights act. Their response to this was to say that it’s against their policy to refund or replace items and can take the matter no further. And because there’s no contact number I am stuck as to what to do. How do these cowboy companies get away with ignoring consumer rights.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Returned on the 14th December. Got there the day after. Still have not received my refund, been back and fourth with them and constantly told lies. Paid £15 for my return. Absolutely outrageous

I have sent 3 emails to this company regarding an order I had made and received. The reply I received told me that my order was out for delivery. Out for delivery ah I stated in my emails that I had already received it. I have not had any reply not even on instagram where I left a message. I will not use this company again based on their poor customer service.

Customer service is slow and unhelpful, there is no way to modify or cancel an order even within minutes of ordering. The US site has no page to see what the return policy (it comes up as error 404) is so we’re stuck with it. Do not order from this company, not worth it.

placed 2 orders, one for 2-3 days delivery on a friday and one for next day delivery on a sunday the first order came 5 days later which is still later than promised but understandable. now for my NEXT DAY DELIVERY 7 days later and i’m still waiting. emailed them to be told it’s due to the weather conditions? lol none of my other orders had any delays just jka. ask for the delivery refund atleast and they had the cheek to only send back £1.50 of the delivery fee, tracking number was not provided for me to see if a week later they even dispatched the item, contacted evri to find out - they haven’t and that they are not experiencing any delays with delivering, Now for the quality of the tracksuits that came with the first order i’ve place is disappointing, material it self is not bad however the fit is bad. i ordered 2 tracksuits male and female, the bottoms are ridiculously short come just above the ankles on both so if you’re anything taller than 5’3/4 on female and 5’7 male it won’t fit and the waist band is way too large, the string on the waist doesn’t adjust properly so you have to knot it so many times for them not to fall off, they don’t look flattering on at all especially the female tracksuit, if you have a bum they won’t fit, literally had to pull them up every 3 minutes & makes your back look super flat & unflattering. last time i ordered with them for sure.
