The worst service I have ever received. I purchased an item from here as a gift for Christmas, the package was late, moreover, the size was incorrect. I contacted customer service about this to which I was told to simply return the item, however I replied back stating that due to covid I am unable to leave the house to go to the post office and get it sent off. To which I have gotten no reply from the team. I am extremely disappointed.
