Where do i start, I placed an order in on the 29/11/21 and ordered a HOODIE and they sent me BOTTOMS. I emailed them and would be waiting couple of days for a response, when i finally get a response they tell me to send it back with my order number and a picture of my receipt from the return at the post office so they can refund it. I’ve done all of that bare in mind the date i sent it back was 13/12/21 and i was hope i’d get the hoodie back in time for christmas. I emailed them back saying ive sent it with a picture of my receipt and 2 weeks passed with no response. I feel very disappointed and unhappy with the ‘customer service’ i received which was bare minimum. Oh and for your information they still haven't emailed me back for my refund and they probably wont.
