Delivery was longer than it should have been but it was Christmas, I think if they had a better customer service response people would not be as harsh in their reviews , I ordered presents for my daughter for Christmas then looked at reviews online which did worry me after and I did think well that’s money I’m not going see again but in all fairness they did keep me updated on email and they did arrive in time for Christmas the jumper was lovely the jeans too small as no stretch but they looked nice, would order again.
