I have ordered on 12/8 and my stuff was “shipped” on 12/13. Tracking shows that it’s been stuck on “en route to DHL ecommerce distribution center” since that same day. It’s either lost by DHL or it’s still with the company itself. Tried contacting the company and the founder through instagram but received no response. They rather delete comments over actually helping people. Messaging through their site, they told me that it was “shipped” and to be patient. Which doesn’t actually help. When I had a order get lost from another site 2 years ago, they went out of their way to help locate it. JK Attire needs to improve their poor costumer service. It seems to be a hit or miss if they actually reply to you.
