States 2-3 days shipping but this is incorrect. I had no order update until 10 days after ordering stating it had been apparently been shipped. I still haven’t had anything since. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I’m still waiting for an update about my order. I’ve contacted customer support and they’ve honestly been useless. I’m supposedly waiting for the manager to reply to me now regarding getting my money back. If your a small business and don’t have the facility’s to offer such promotions as you do, then maybe you shouldn’t, or consider letting your customers know there is a HUGE delay before purchasing anything from you.
