I am waiting for a suitable response to a missing item which I ordered before Christmas. I was asked by the company on 28th December if the parcel was damaged when I received it and responded immediately. I have chased this up and the response was a tracking number for my original parcel and this is not acceptable. I have now requested a full refund for the missing item as the customer service is not good enough
