Ordered on 12/8, was shipped on 12/13 but tracking has been stuck on "En route to DHL eCommerce Distribution Center" since the same day. Messaged JK Attire through their site on 12/22, they told me "my package was already shipped and to wait". I contacted again on 1/4, in response they said "I have just checked your order; it is currently in transit and will be at your place soon.". A few hours later I got another message apologizing, saying they'll send a replacement later that week. When I checked tracking, instead of being stuck in the same place, it's now invalid. 10 more days pass and no new tracking or any kind of update. I'd sent another message and got "We are currently working on your problem. Please allow us some times to get back to you within a few business days.". This is starting to get ridiculous, it's almost February and still there's nothing to show. No explanation of any kind as to why they're so many delays. It seems to be a hit or miss whether or not you actually get your order. If I knew their shipping and customer service was this incompetent I would have never given them a chance and ordered somewhere else with a better reputation.
