I ordered a few items using klarna and after returning and asking for a refund, they sent me a gift card. I followed them up and after a few months and many emails back and forth, they eventually sent me the refund i initially requested. I am giving them 4 stars because they have nice clothes, and they eventually offered a satisfactory solution. Would recommend to someone who is actually looking to buy clothes ( i wasn't, i only ordered to see how the klarna process works and assumed they would refund me when i asked them to, they didnt because one of the items i bought was on sale. they can't offer refunds only gift cards in this case, but they broke their own policy to keep their customers happy.)
