I bought a mystery box in January 2022, one would expect 5 different items as advertised within the box but 2 of the items were identical. I emailed asking if one of the duplicates could be replaced. Since then I have received various emails stating variously the matter would be looked into or we don’t refund mystery boxes. It has not mattered how many times I have emailed back to explain I only want to exchange one item which was duplicated. I held off writing a bad review until another email today saying we don’t refund mystery boxes. They clearly don’t care about customer service so I’m done.
