The first time I ordered from this company it was great. This past time not so much. I placed an order a month ago still have not received that order. Have contacted customer service a plethora of times and I get the same response saying that they are looking into it or that the shipping will be updated soon. I still don’t have a tracking number and never received any of my items that I paid for. I can get no help from customer service either. I understand there is shipping delays and I am in the US but this is completely frustrating. It’s been a month now.
