Horrendous customer service - the worst I have ever experienced. Starting to think this company is a scam. Order 2 items beginning of Dec finally arrived Christmas Eve - only 1 item and the wrong colour. Sent back through tracked Royal Mail and just keep getting fobbed off by ‘thanks for reaching out’ emails when I am trying to chase. Will be off to trading standards now I’ve had enough.
