Great quality clothes, but unfortunately the customer service is shocking and really lets them down. Paid £50 in December, should of been sent 3 t shirts still waiting for 2 of them. They got my order wrong, I returned the incorrect item and requested an exchange, also paid for postage! Sent emails for support, just to get generic responses saying 10-15 days and it’s been 2 months now. Sent a DM on Instagram which has been ignored. Also have another order outstanding from nearly two weeks ago, thought I’d give them one more chance as I like the clothes. Won’t be ordering again!!! They are utterly useless! Feel like I’ve been scammed and lost out on money. 😡 Also laughable asked me to review the t shirts, as I only have one of them 👍🏽😂
