I ordered a coat it came too big so I sent it back stating it was too big and I ask for a full refund back! But they couldn’t do that they instead gave me a £80 gift card which that is the amount I spent on here which I didn’t ask for I ask for a full refund which I can see on the policy it states only sale item will be gifted a gift card if they wanted to return but full price items is normal refund and I have emailed and emailed and had absolutely nothing back think it’s unfair on people who don’t have much money
