Very poor website ordered a coat off here about 3 week ago for £80 and didn’t like it so sent it back and followed all the instructions on the policy they then gave me a £80 gift card! Which I didn’t ask for I ask for a straight forward refund and I’ve emailed everyday since and no one has gotten back to me really think this is a scam website now see lots of reviews about them being the same to people just wish I looked at reviews before ordering
