I purchased cargo trousers and they didn’t fit, so I returned them with the correct form and said I needed a size up for the trousers I bought. I spent £5 returning the item to them, now I have received the returned item except they have sent me the completely wrong thing, they have sent me a jacket when I said I needed a bigger size of cargo trousers. Now I am going to be out of pocket and have to pay my own money again to have the correct size sent to me, making me spent even more of my own money to correct something they did.
