Awful customer service. The coat was way too big although my girlfriend is usually a medium she would probably need to be a small or extra small in these coats. Also, we had to pay £15 to return this and now they will not give us a full refund they are only willing to give us a gift card when they only have one coat on the womens section. Absolutely appalling.
