Extremely disappointed don't order from these thieves, I placed an order on the 29th December and still have not received it. I have written multiple emails to the company asking when it will be delivered or if I could get a refund or even cancel the order they informed me they could not do that as the items had already been shipped. However, when I had sent another email to get an update they informed me that there was issues and delays with the shipping team so surely that means it hasn't been shipped and they just don't want to cancel my order so they can keep my money. I have emailed back and forward with them around 12 times now and am still no closer to getting a clear answer on how they plan to fix the mistake they have caused. The customer service is also disgraceful, you can tell they barely read your emails and just give you some automated reply in hopes you'll just leave them alone so they can steal your money. I was made aware of a 100% refund policy if items are not delivered in an email from them however when I tried to ask follow up questions about this I was completely blanked along with any other questions I had asked and they only seemed to express any type of care when I had told them I was going to write a complaint yet they still haven't gotten any closer to paying back my money and still continue to tell me they are going to deliver the items soon (bull) even though I have told them I don't want the items I want the money they are stealing. Don't order from this website they will steal from you, blank you, make it out to be your fault and then have the nerve to offer you a discount code as if 25% off a next order makes up for them mugging you off?!?!?!?!?
