I ordered a product which came and was no where near up to the standard of the the picture. It also did not fit me. When I proceeded to go through the refund process which cost me £4.95 to return. They have refunded me back £24.99 into a gift card for their company and not £29.98 which was the full price; this was also requested back into my bank account. It has been over a week since I have emailed them saying this and they have responded three times with asking for more time to look into this. A joke of a company and terrible customer service.
