Terrible customer service.
I placed a large order and did not receive any of the items. I got told that the courier service must have misplaced the order and initially that they would send me the items again but then retracted that and have been following up for 2 months and keep being told that they are trying to work on the issue? 2 months later I am still without the items and no money back.
