Horrible customer service, I ordered jeans in a size 2 and received a size 8. When I reached out and explained the situation I was told to ship the size 8 back with my own money, take a picture of the cost, and write a note in my package saying it’s the wrong size and when they receive it they’ll send the correct size. After reading reviews of hundreds of people saying they did the same and never received their replacement or a refund I decided not to go that way. When I explained, they advised there’s nothing they can do even though it’s their fault, no partial refund or anything. So disappointing now I have to spend money on alterations for pants 6 sizes too big. I’ve been buying from them since 2019 but recently they have taken a turn for a worse, will not purchase again.
