I ordered a large order and I waited over 58 days for it to arrive which it never did I emailed them on multiple occasions which they offered no help, I asked to be refunded which they responded with ‘because these items were on sale they cannot offer a refund’ for a product I never received… Might I add the ‘sale’ was 10£ off aswell if I could of rated 0 stars I would have
