Awful customer service. Returned an item 3 weeks ago for an exchange and am still waiting. Everytime I email or dm them for an update I'm asked to provide all return shipping information again and again! I've even scanned a copy of the return receipt and still not had any confirmation from them that they have received it or are processing it. I know they have received the item as I paid for recorded delivery on my return and they received it the day after I sent it yet I'm still waiting. Absolutely awful company. Would never use again. Just want my exchange or a refund!
