Really bad customer service, I returned some item for size 2 months ago, I have emailed them so many times with proofs of posting and pictures of the package , everything but always reply same , we are working on your process but still have not received the refund
So definitely not very trusted. Clothes could be nice and quality but bad dealing in customer service make it not very reliable . Won’t let them with my refund
