I received incorrect item twice . Returned twice . Postage costs hasn’t been refunded , the correct item still hasn’t been received , no courtesy offered . Dealing with this issue with customer service Alex for over month . I have been asked to provide the same info four times already which I did . Back and forth on the same topic and still no refund . Bought so many items from this company and that’s the treatment I get . Fighting for my £30 . Ridiculous . Totally unprofessional .
