Customer services has been appauling, item was not as described the sized was completely out and when explaining this to customer services being told i should have read their online size chart!! we did and the top which arrived wasn't as explained in the size chart! no returns label was included in the parcel so was advised to pay for returning the item and i would be refund i i supplied proof of return cost and i still don't have this and i am being blamed saying i should have read the size order. customer service for this company is terrible!!!!
